Are the nutritional supplements necessary?

Do I need to continue to take the nutritional supplements (Vitamins & Minerals) forever?

The nutritional supplements (Vitamins & Minerals) are there to support your body during the low calorie diet. It provides all the nutrition the body requires for gut balance & detox.

Can I do this program, if have Diabetes or other Medical conditions?

You MUST provide the product fact sheets and program to your GP/Doctor for approval before commencing.

Can I follow the program without the nutritional supplements?

The nutritional supplements (Vitamins & Minerals) are there to support your body during the low calorie diet. It provides all the nutrition the body requires for gut balance & detox. It is NOT recommended & safe to follow the program without these supplements.

Can I do the program while Pregnant or Breastfeeding?

You MUST provide the product fact sheets and program to your GP/Doctor for approval before commencing.

Is the program suitable for Vegetarians?

YES, Our programs can be tailored to be vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free.

Can I swap the food, meals which are not on the approved foods list?

It is highly recommended NOT to deviate from the meal plan chart in any way. Creating your own version of the meal plan chart is not advised, and weight loss may be slower.
– You can swap a protein from your meal plan with any protein from the approved table, taking into consideration any weight difference.
– You can swap a vegetable from your meal plan with any vegetable from the table ONLY from the same group and the weight mustn’t be changed.
Please speak to your mentor to get further guidance on swapping protein or vegetable

Will I put the weight back on afterwards?

We suggest maintaining the 80-20 rule where we eat healthy 80% of the time and eat what we like 20%.

Why do we mono eat during the program & why is it important ?

Mono eating simply means eating one type of food per serving, for e.g. One type of protein and one type of vegetable per meal. There are multiple benefits of mono eating.
– Optimal Digestion: Different foods require different digestion times. When our body tries to digest different foods that require different amounts of energy & work, we lose nutrients & our body works overtime to digest.
– Efficient Eating: Mono-meals allow us to eat until we are truly satiated.
– Optimal absorption of nutrients: Our body loves simplicity. When we eat simply, our bodies can take advantage of this & optimally absorb nutrients.

Can I get a hardcopy of the meal plan/approved food list etc before joining?

Unless there is a SPECIFIC extenuating circumstance (eg. medical conditions) the answer is NO. This is because the whole reason this program is affordable is that we provide all the info on the website and online.

Is the program suitable for Shift/FIFO workers?

We have had many clients who work night shift/FIFO and are still successful with the program. If you are concerned, our mentors can recommend strategies to easily integrate the program into your lifestyle and help you achieve the best possible results.

What does Mono eating involve and why is it important for this program?

Mono eating simply means eating one type of food per serving. i.e. One type of protein and one type of vegetable per meal. When we mono eat, the body doesn’t have to work as hard, which decreases bloating and maximises nutrient absorption, satisfying your body’s needs with fewer calories and curbing those naughty addictions like carbs and sugars.

Do I have to drink 3 litres of water each day?

Yes, this is especially important to not only keep you well hydrated, but also to assist with flushing toxins from your body.
