A healthy gut is the key to unlocking a fit body and our program has been specifically designed to keep your hormones in check while also guiding your body to lose excess fat. Meal plans have been specifically designed, by our nutritionist to prove how crucial it is for us in building a healthy gut for you. We also ensure to provide you top notch nutrition as it helps us in framing a perfect diet for you.

    Starting out is always the toughest part but in order to ensure a healthy body, our program will start you off with the burning of excess fat. As the days go by, you’ll begin to notice a considerable change in your body, and see your fat being burnt heavily in this first phase.

      Fat Loss & Detox

      Now after you’ve said goodbye to all the unwanted fat, it’s the time to get on a systematic diet which will help you get rid of all junk food cravings. You’ll start to notice a considerable change in sugar-levels and see your hormones getting stabilised. Now you are free to continue the program with the enhanced clarity of mind.

        Maintenance

        Welcome to the final phase of the program. You are now a certified Phatt Indian. Your perseverance and determination has helped you achieve your dream body. Now the goal is to be loyal to the program and keep your gut & healthy life intact.

        Here's how your daily program routine will look like:

        Example day:

        Daily:

        Throughtout the day you must consume 3 litres of water.

        Morning:

        First thing in the morning, you take your nutrition along with water and protein.

        Morning Tea:

        For Morning tea, you should be having half a piece of fruit from the approved list.

        Lunch:

        For lunch, you should be having your nutrition, protein (veg or non-veg protein) and one vegetable from the approved food list.

        Afternoon Snacks:

        Another half piece of fruit (from approved food list) to be consumed for afternoon snacks.

        Dinner:

        For dinner, you should be having one protein (no heavy protein this time) and one vegetable, plus some additional nutrition.
